What is my store's return and exchange policy?

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted. I will however exchange an item if it is damaged upon arrival.

If for any reason an item goes missing in transit a replacement will be provided. If the item is a Limited Edition and is no longer available, a full refund will be given.

ALL SALES UNLESS STATED ARE FINAL.

Do I accept orders placed outside of the UK?

Yes.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once shipped most UK orders take anywhere from 1 to 3 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 5 and 28 days. All orders are processed and shipped up to 2 working days from the date when the order was placed.

How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

The Shopify checkout process is powered by both Stripe and Paypal. Both are two of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, Shopify has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors.

I accept PayPal, Apple Pay, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club.
